Don't ...It's some sort of echeveria, Randy. Don't treat it too nicely, especially where potting soil is concerned. It likes poor, well-drained (gravelly) soil, but once it has that it appreciates an extra drink of water in the summer -- once a week is plenty, and it can go much longer without noticeably suffering.
